Motor Home Panels
We are specialists in the lamination of plywood suitable for the interior paneling and furniture construction of motor homes, recreational vehicles, caravans and campervans. Our motor home panels provide attractive, durable and easy to clean surfaces that are both lightweight and long lasting and are used by many of Australia’s top recreational vehicle builders. The superior Epoxy adhesive technology we employ in the bonding process of our Vinyl finished panels ensures our motor home panels will stand up to the extremes of the Australian climate. Available in either our Vinyl finish, Paper finish or High Pressure laminate (HPL) finishes and with thicknesses ranging from 2.7mm to 18mm, our motor home panels allow for endless variations in contemporary designs for the interiors of today’s caravans and recreational vehicles. Our standard panel size is 2400x1200mm, however panels can be manufactured from 1800x1200mm up to 3600x1500mm.

Foil-line
Introducing Foil-line. Foil-line is a single-sided white foil, laminated to 3mm MDF board, suitable for use as a backing board for kitchen cupboards, furniture, TV and Hi-Fi units, and is ideal for use as draw bottoms and many other applications. We believe it is the best white backing panel in the market. Foil-line is manufactured in Australia using Australian made products. Unlike most imported white backing panels, our Foil-line meets strict Australian Standards. Foil-line is available in White (High or Low gloss), Matt Black and Folkstone Grey. Other colours or prints are available on request.
Exhibition Panels
Australian Laminators manufacture lightweight and durable, single or double-sided panels in a whole range of colours to match the corporate identity of today’s business. Our PVC finish is perfect for digital printing of corporate logos and other information required to help sell your product or service thus making our panels a perfect branding tool for any exhibition stall. Our exhibition panels are available in 3mm MDF and can be manufactured in other thicknesses upon request. We also offer a rapid cut to size service to help get your exhibition ready on time.
Sliding Wardrobe Doors
Our range of pastel vinyl colours and prints available for Wardrobe doors makes colour selection easy. Our wardrobe door panels are laminated using 10mm square edge plasterboard or 9mm MDF or your choice of board. The easy clean surface makes these panels ideal for the kids’ room or as a cost effective alternative to mirrored doors. Scroll down to view a selection of our available colours and prints.
Office Partitions
Demountable partitioning is a common feature in today’s office and being able to offer a wide range of laminating solutions for office partitioning is one of our specialities. Australian Laminators can supply a variety of Vinyl foils and fabric finishes on a variety of substrates. From double sided 33mm particleboard to single sided 10mm square edge plasterboard, the range of solutions to meet your partitioning needs is almost endless. Partitions laminated with our Flexiclad range of decorative vinyl surface finishes are not only attractive but with the easy clean surface will last for at least 15 years; up to 3 times longer than a painted finish.
Furniture
Australian Laminators are flat panel specialists and can offer attractive vinyl, paper and HPL surface finishes to suit both contemporary and old fashioned styles of furniture. We can help reduce the cost of some furniture components by being able to laminate single sided panels for use where a double-sided panel is not required. Some examples of panels we currently laminate are for use in retail displays, Hi-Fi and DVD storage cabinets, bookcases, speaker boxes and computer desks.
Decorative Vinyl Surface Finishes
You’ll find below a small selection of our range of smart, neutral colours and prints available in our Flexiclad range of decorative vinyl surface finishes. The Flexiclad range complements any interior design and provides a stylish solution for all commercial, retail and domestic applications. Designed in Australia, Flexiclad is purpose made to provide a modern, attractive and durable decorative surface finish to plasterboard, MDF, particleboard and plywood. Flexiclad is ideal for use in our Sliding wardrobe door panels, Office partition panels and Motor home panels. Other colours and prints are available upon request.
